Soccer

At F4S we provide a very comprehensive strength and conditioning soccer program designed to keep you in the game. In a soccer match players can cover as much as 12Km with movements ranging from a sprint, walk, jog or back peddling and moving with the ball. The better a player’s endurance the more ground they can cover during a typical game creating better opportunities for plays at or with the ball. Soccer requires explosive power and muscular endurance. Basketball

Basketball strength and conditioning training program aims to develop sports specific skills necessary to succeed in the game. Using track and field as a base for training; basketball players can develop speed, strength, agility, power, speed, mental focus and coordination necessary for success. Jump training through plyometrics is used to develop explosiveness. Track and Field

This is the basis for all sports development and performance. Learn the proper technique of how to run, jump, and throw.  Participants will improve their technique through progressive form running drills. Body weight training with the TRX, Plyometrics, Resistance training, Footwork drills, Core strengthening, and Interactive fitness and Exergaming are combined to make a faster, stronger athlete.
