In-School Field Trip

We have professional trainers and specialized portable equipment to facilitate a number of different fitness related activities in school. Similar to the day trip program, the structure of the in-school program is based on the Ontario Physical Health and Education Guidelines. We help support the fantastic work of our teachers by supplementing their curriculum with the integration of technology in our programs, to help provide a differentiated approach to Phys-Ed instruction. On top of this, we help promote the development of positive decision-making skills and team-building through adaptation of the character initiatives of the Future Aces’ foundation. This way we are able to pro-actively combat bullying and negative social outcomes through our interactive fitness programs. Programs can include: Interactive Fitness and Exergaming, TRX, Hip-Hop, Zumba, Martial Arts, Fitness bootcamps, and more.


In-School Weekly Program

We offer weekly programming in schools to measure and improve performance of students over a 6-8 week period of time. In this way we are able to ensure positive outcomes from our participants as they learn to adapt and maintain a healthy active living style in a fun and engaging way!
