Whether it’s the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, our clients love our group training sessions. We have designed our group-training schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we’ve got a group session for you. This course will introduce you to fundamental concepts in fitness training techniques that will help you incorporate a healthy active living style.

 

Interactive Fitness and Exergaming: Turn your body into a joystick by jumping, running, kicking, slapping, and dancing your way to a high score in our XrKade. Each play station requires body movement to play so that you can engage in fitness while having fun at the same time!

Full Body Muscle Conditioning: A muscle-conditioning session focusing on training the entire upper and lower body utilizing hand weights, tubing, medicine balls, stability balls, Gliding Discs, BOSU Trainers and other training tools. This session will sculpt, tone, and develop muscle definition in your entire body.

Flex and Run: Are you looking to lose body fat & tone up? Don’t run? No Problem! Running intervals last only 3 minutes at the most & are interspersed with tubing exercises for your upper & lower body & abdominals.

Outdoor Muscle and Cardio Games: This athletic, fun program will feel so much like recess that you’ll forget you’re getting an amazing cardio and calorie burning workout. Come and feel young again.

Cycle Strength: This cardio and muscle-conditioning workout will get you the results you want quickly! This session will alternate between intense, calorie-burning Indoor Cycling drills to muscle conditioning exercises utilizing hand-weights, medicine balls, stability balls and other muscle conditioning tools to tone and sculpt your entire body

Integrated Muscle and Cardio Circuits: A muscle and cardio conditioning circuit workout that utilizes full body movements and focuses on muscle endurance to condition and tone your entire body and develop overall fitness. A high calorie burner!

Stretching for Success: Learn how to stretch your muscles properly and effectively. Topics to be covered include when to stretch, how long to stretch, benefits of stretching, stretching for all muscle groups, stretch modifications and stretching to avoid injury.

The 30 minute Workout (For busy professionals)

  • 15 minutes XRKade circuit and 15 minutes resistance training
  • Invest in your bodies by maintaining a regular routine for exercise.  This program will greatly help with your physical, emotional, and mental health. 30 minutes is all it takes for an effective daily routine – No need to skip out on your workout because you have a busy schedule. Cut your lunch time in half and get on the road to fitness!

Adult TRX Suspension Training

The TRX is an incredible piece of fitness equipment that can replace several pieces of traditional fitness equipment, as every exercise engages the core muscles. The TRX can be used safely by individuals of all fitness levels. This session involves a muscle and cardio conditioning circuit workout that utilizes the TRX training system. We will focus on full body movements and muscle endurance to tone and condition your entire body and overall fitness.

Zumba

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise

Learn the four basic Zumba components (meringue, salsa, cumbia, and reggaeton) as you dance your way to rhythms of the world! Open to children of all ages, as a beginner’s class to help incorporate dancercise routines as a part of your healthy active living style.
