Frequency: 2-4x per week
Length of Session: 1.5 hours
The type and level of conditioning regime employed will be determined by an analysis of the athlete’s sport and his/her current fitness level. Each session will begin with a proper warm-up and dynamic stretching. The modes of conditioning will vary but will include: interactive fitness activities, jump rope, slide board, stability ball and movement mechanics.
Regardless of your skill level or age, we offer sports conditioning programs for individual athletes, small groups or teams. We specialize in off-ice strength and conditioning, and many other programs that can be tailored specifically to your sport.
