TRX Suspension Training Course - Nov 21 [OPEN]Due to the popularity of the course, F4S will be hosting another TRX Suspension Trainin Course on Sunday November 21, 2010 from 9AM-5PM. With the TRX Suspension Trainer, you'll maximize your training time and achieve the results you want--no matter where you are. This course will teach you over 95 exercises and progressions using the TRX, giving you the insight you need to step up your game and bring your training to the next level.
