Kids XRKade Fitness (ages 6-13)

A fun program centred around our XRKade and Kids Studio, instructors will monitor your progress, and motivate you to achieve your best!

Mon-Wed-Fri; 4-6 PM.

 

Kids + Teens TRX (ages 10-17)

This class will introduce you to suspension training with the TRX, while emphasizing correct movements, co-ordination and safety.

Tue-Wed-Fri; 5:30-6:30 PM, 7:30-8:30 PM.

 

Kids Deconditioned Program

Designed specifically for those individuals who have trouble adapting to traditional training programs, and need to go at their own pace. This program is available for kids, teens and adults.

Mon-Wed-Fri; 6-7 PM, 7-8 PM.

Teens Intro to Strength Training (ages 13-17)

An introduction to safe and effective weight training for teens. Perfect for aspiring athletes!

Tue-Thu; 5-6 PM, 8-9 PM, Sat; 5-6 PM.
